I would like to suggest that you change the Title of this Train the Trainer ppt to "Why training is Important", as the contents of the presentation emphasis on the importance of training rather than train the trainer.

The power point you posted is well defined with the key points as the initiators for a dialogue,however did you miss out on the animation,or do we need to stretch to new slides.I feel something is missing.
