Could you please provide details about the organization such as the nature of the business, turnover, and the number of employees? The link used to take you to a page about "Commissioner's Standards," which provides some policy direction on a range of HR matters. The actual standards themselves can be downloaded from the bottom of the page. The site probably won't meet all your needs but may offer some "creative inspiration"! Good luck!

I was going through the attachments you sent, specifically Annexure A (salary slip xl). I wish to know if the various percentages mentioned therein are standard for all levels of employees or if they are calculated differently. If they are calculated differently, could you please provide details on the basis of calculation?

The salary components are not fixed; they vary from industry to industry. The percentage is decided keeping in mind various aspects, such as CTC, tax considerations, compensation policies, and all. The attachment shows a specific salary breakup for one organization and is not a generalized one.
