Hello,
HRD Budget includes the existing salary expense,expense for training & development,Travelling expenses,visitors welcome expenses,General Admin expenses,estimated new hire exp.,statuatory expenses,employee engagement/celebration activities expenses.
considering above points you can make excel format or Powerpoint presentation.

Dear Ms.Somoronika,
Plan HR budget for yearly. All expenses related with pay roll divided into two major divisions like direct expenses & Indirect expenses.In direct expenses take salary -all forms,esi,epf contributions involeved by the employer,staff duty meal,training and development etc. In In-direct expenses take staff welfare, uniform, insurence,annual day, bonus,gratuity, lave salry etc. All expenses to be projected accuratly by HR head and presented to the Management for approval. In this capital expenses to be projected separately for example some thing to be purshased as first time like cpmputer, cafeteria kitchen quipments etc. just go through the attachment file and suit with your requirements.
