Outsourcing Payroll and Hiring Temporary Staff: How Should We Approach This Transition?

Hi everybody,

I am working in an MNC as Manager (HR). We have 700 employees working across India. Very recently, our management recognized that Payroll processing can be outsourced to a third party. Again, we are planning to add some temporary staff. Management wants to implement these changes before the end of this year. Quotations and profiles are invited.

Dear Mr. Chanana,

Thank you for your response. We appreciate your profile, which sincerely meets our requirements regarding PF and ESI management. Could you please provide me with the rate (yearly basis) on a pro-rata basis for 700 employees?

As we also need a third-party payroll (temp staff) vendor, we have to compare the rates of both services bundled together with services taken separately by a different vendor.
