New to HR? Need Urgent Help Designing a Graduate Trainee Engineer Program!

Hello Seniors,

I have recently joined an organization, and immediately our senior management has asked me to prepare a GET (Graduate Trainee Engineer) Programme, which includes Recruitment, the cost of recruitment, assessment system, period of Training, Project tenure, and retainment if suitable.

I request all of you to please help me in this regard. If anybody has any information, please let me know. It's somewhat urgent.

Thank you, we do have all these numbers even as we have been recruiting GETs for a while now. The program means I want a policy that includes campus interviews, their stipend, training tenure, yearly schedule, and more precisely, we want it in a PowerPoint presentation (PPT). If you have the PPT, please forward it.
