Employee Feedback Forms: How Do You Analyze and Assess Them Effectively?

leebakuruvilla
Hi,

Can someone guide me with tips on how to analyze and assess an Employee feedback form?

Thank you.

Hi,

Please find attached the feedback form that you will fill out after the onboarding session with a new joiner. This format allows you to assess the employee's perspective from the recruitment process to training sessions. You can use it as an Organizational Health assessment tool.

Thanks

Hi,

We planned to design a grade matrix for salary fixation and also for career progression. Can anybody help me to design this, or can I have any samples?

Hi Sudha,

First, define designations with qualifications and experience. Then, grade the designations (meaning grouping). Finally, fix the salaries based on grade (minimum - maximum range).

Hi all,

I would like to address both the queries regarding the employee feedback form and the grade matrix for salaries:

a) Employee feedback: Kindly define the process through which feedback is sought. Is it related to onboarding, training, leadership, or the working climate? Based on each process, feedback forms can be designed.

b) Implementing the grade matrix:
1) It is suggested to benchmark against neighboring industries for comparison.
2) Specify the maximum number of layers you intend to have in the organizational hierarchy.
3) Based on the previous point, define the qualifications and experience requirements for each layer.
4) Define the minimum and maximum basic salary for each layer.
5) Assign relevant allowances according to the needs of each layer. For example, at higher levels, provide petrol/fuel allowances or reimbursements; at lower levels, offer conveyance allowances or transport subsidies.

Kind regards,
