Setting Up a PCB Manufacturing Unit in Pune: HR Professionals, How Do We Start?

I am Kishore (Sr. Exe. - HR) from Noida. We are in the manufacturing of PCBs (an electronics item). We are going to set up a manufacturing unit in Pune. Please help me with the procedures in Pune to start a manufacturing unit, specifically for HR functions.

My request is specifically for Pune-based HR professionals.

First things first, appoint a Head of Human Resources & Administration from Pune to take care of liaising with local Government Authorities, such as obtaining approval for the layout of factories and registration, followed by inspections by the Inspectorate of Factories. Subsequently, apply to MSEB for power supply line and approval, among other tasks that require a local individual familiar with liaising with authorities.
