They have absolutely no knowledge or skills because they have a degree that is totally worthless gained by cheating their way through by getting other people to write their assignments.

In several organisations I worked for, we set up tests for people on their skills as part of the interview process. Many failed of course. The best one was for a computer technician. We pulled a critical cable out of a PC so it was disabled. The job candidate had to diagnose what was wrong. Not one candidate could identify the missing cable. Would you hire one of those people??
