How Do I Write a Termination Letter for an Absconding Employee After a Show-Cause Notice?

I would be very grateful if anyone could provide me with a format of a termination letter to be sent to an employee after issuing them a show-cause notice through post (Regd. A/D) on the grounds of their absence from duties without any prior information, which is also termed as an Absconding Employee.
