Need Format Of Ternination Letter Sent By Post - DOC Download

I would be very grateful if any one can provide me a format of termination letter to be sent to an employee after issued him show cause notice throgh post(Regd.A/D) on ground of his/her absence from duties without any prior information which also term as a Absconding Employee.
