Dear Friends,
I am sure you are all working as HR professionals feeling a great sense of satisfaction. You might have just entered the profession or you are a well-seasoned HR professional. I always feel the selection of HR should be due to PASSION and not as a last resort in selecting the HR course or accepting HR profession!
As such, everybody should have been inspired by someone in your life or in student days to do an HR course. In the beginning, you might have been inspired by somebody to take up and continue the HR profession, is it not? Don't you think it will be nice to remember the person/s who inspired us to take up this wonderful profession! So, why not friends, you share your thoughts, experiences, views about that inspired person so that it would be a tribute to those who were inspirational to our present growth, achievements in this profession.
