I am looking to transfer my PF account from one company to another. Can you please help me with the details of Form 5 and Form 10? In these two forms, which one is for the current employee and which one is for the future company?

My father's name was misspelled in the EPF records. Both the Form 19 and 10C submissions were rejected.

Please follow up with the EPF office to rectify the error in my father's name to ensure the forms are processed correctly. Thank you.
