Minimum Wages calculation - Basic and DA - pay not as two components?

Hi 4 HRD,
In Delhi the revised minimum wage to be paid to Graduate and above is Rs 4230.00 per month so you are entirely safe.

minimum wages whould not be broken into more than 2 components....
there are different slabs .. unskilled, semi, skilled, matriculate n so on....
Too many components in Minimum wages means only one thing ie Head of HR in that company wants to save pennies via statutory liablities....
pls refer to Group 4's case in Karnatka high court...

Agreed on 60-40 Concept but the question is this min wages is calculated on 26 days or 30 days payable.
Example- Min wages per day is 350. then the monthly salary will be calculated on 26 days or 30 days.
