Seeking Salary Insights: How Do Other Companies Pay Engineers Based on Experience?

Could anyone please provide me with a salary chart that includes designations and grading for the engineering sector? We are looking to revamp our salary structure, but first, I need to determine the current compensation for ITIs, Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineers in other companies, considering experience levels of Fresher, 1-2 years, 3-5 years, 5-7 years, and 8-10 years.

I would appreciate your feedback on this matter.

I went through the whole post and tried to save the Salary guide numerous times, but it's giving an error. It says, "There was an error in opening the document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired." Is there any way by which I can find out about this?
