Struggling with Unanswered Leave Requests? How to Draft an Effective Email for Approvals

hrritika
Hi,

I hope you all are doing well!

I want a proper email format regarding nobody in my organization, especially seniors, are not reverting or providing approval to their executives on their leave applications. It's quite difficult for our department to understand (HR) whether it's an approved leave or not.

Please do reply!

Please reply!

Thank you.

Hi,

You can also have a leave application format where the employee fills out the forms, gets them signed by a senior, and submits them to the HR department. These forms can be kept in the employee's file for reference.

Additionally, make a rule that any leave taken without senior's permission will be considered as Leave Without Pay (LWP).

Dear,

As per your point, you can use a hard copy of the leave application and get the approval on that application. It would be an easier way of approval and very well-mannered.

Thanking you,

Dear Rithika,

Please create a format for leave requisition in Excel or Word. Include the following details: Name, Designation, Department, Type of Leave, From - To dates, Number of Days, Signature, and Date. Also, mention the Recommending Authority and the HR Department.

Hi,

You can introduce a leave application form system and inform all the employees to fill this out and get it approved from the Head of Department (HOD).
