Job Card For House Keeping - Doc Download

Dear All,
I want to prepare a daily job card for my housekeeping staff. I am running a Coaching center with more than 2000 students and for them there are 7 house keeping staff members to keep the premises clean all the time.
Anybody please help me in this matter to create a job card for this.

A sample job card attached for reference. A job card states the area of deployment of particular housekeeper in a shift and timely schedule of tasks.
