How Can I Create an Effective Daily Job Card for My Housekeeping Team?

Dear All,

I want to prepare a daily job card for my housekeeping staff. I am running a coaching center with more than 2000 students, and for them, there are 7 housekeeping staff members to keep the premises clean all the time.

Could anybody please help me in this matter to create a job card for this?

A sample job card is attached for reference. A job card states the area of deployment of a particular housekeeper in a shift and a timely schedule of tasks. I hope this will be useful for all of you to design job cards in your facilities.
