It is not that you have give him a salary hike while you confirm his services,if you have promised to hike his salary after confirmation then you have to give him a hike.

What a employee can do if company not issuing confirmation letter after completion of probation period....can you please send a format how to draft a mail to employer for issuing confirmation letter.
