Can anyone guide me on how to determine the value of mobile phones for different levels of employees? I am preparing a mobile policy and I need to know what should be the value of the set at different levels such as:

- GM
- DGM
- Sr. Manager
- Manager
- Sr. Executives
- Executives

Consider this based on the employee's package or facilities provided to them by your company. According to me, a mobile should contain at least normal functions that may be useful for employees, and such a mobile would cost between Rs. 8000-15000. Take their monthly salary as a slab consideration factor.

Policies also depend on the geographic locations. In general, based on the management level, it is graded as follows:

Junior level (Exec/Sr. Exec/Asst. Managers) - Rs. 1000/- to Rs. 2000/-

Middle level (Dty Mgr/Mgr/Sr. Mgr/GM/Sr. GM) - Rs. 3500/- to Rs. 6000/-
