Handset Cost To Employees Working At Different Levels

hello everyone,
can anyone guide me how to decide the value of the mobile for different levels of employees.
I am preparing a mobile policy and i need that what should be the value of the set at different levels like
GM
DGM
Sr. Manager
Manager
Sr. Executives
Executives
Need immediate support and hope will get a positive response.

You can do one thing just make 3 categories of employees, for example:
1. Category : GM/DGM : Mobile Cost :12000-15000
2. Category : Senior Manager/ Manager : Mobile cost : 10000-12000
3. Category : Senior executive/exe : Mobile Cost 8000-10000
i hope it can slove your problm and also they will not create any issue to this. rest depends on yuor budget if you want to make any changes then you can do it as per your allocated budget.

Consider this on the basis on employees package or facilities given to him by your company and according to me mobile should contain atleast normal function which may be useful for employees and such kind of mobile costs between Rs. 8000-15000.

Take their monthly salary as a slab consideration factor.

Policy also depends on the geographic locations. In general basing on the management level it is graded as follows
Junior level (Exec/Sr. Exec/ Asst. Managers) - Rs. 1000/- - Rs. 2000/-
Middle level (Dty Mgr / Mgr / Sr. Mgr / GM / Sr. GM) - Rs. 3500/- to Rs. 6000/-

In my point of view the entitlement may be need based and subject to if he spent his 50% of his time out side the Factory or Office .

CEO - 15000
VP - 15000
Head - 13000
GM / DGM - 12000
Sr.Manager / Manager - 8000 To 10000
Sr. Exicutive / Exicutive - 4000 To 5000
Assistant - 2000 TO 3000
