Salary Structure - XLS Download - Medical Reimbursement

Dear Sir,
Can any one share, the Tax friendly compensation and benefit salary structure and what are fringe benefits will be included in CTC.
In our company we are included PF, Bonus, ESI, LTC, Welfare Items, Group Insurance.
