Breaking Of Bond - Return Of Certificates Original

vijayBA
Dear All,
I have joined in Indian MNC by signing a bond of 4 years and as per the agreement I have to submit original certificates of graduation to them. But to dissatisfaction in profile i have left after completing 1.5 years in the org. The status been Absconding. How can i return my original ones? The criteria is I need to pay 1.6 L to get back my original. This i feel is not required. Suggest me some inputs?

dear
holding of certificate like that is criminal offence and you can file FIR against employer but before that you have to complete the formalities
put proper resignation.

I totally agree with u Mr. Malik but many dont do that. Heard from one of my friend that her collegue had the same problem and at last she lodged an police complaint stating that she has lost her certificates. She joined another company as fresher

Thanks for the Reply Malik, even if the proper formalities are done the certificates returning comes only if i pay nearly 1.6 L which is not legitimate i feel. Can there be any other solution? .Like Malini was quoting, can duplicate certificates surve the purpose?

Hi Vijay yes duplicate certificates serve but what about your service and relieving letter from that company. Since that girl was MCA fresher and just worked for 6months for that company she was ready to give up her experience and take up a job as fresher in another concern but the same doesnt implies for experienced candidates. If you do so then you wil lose your 1.5yrs of experience with that company.

Hi Malini, I understand ur point. But if i say that next company which has recruited me did not ask for any documentation (service letter and relieving) then what is ur say.Well my point is whether i should prepare myself for duplicate certificates or turn to company and request for certifcates. I did not do so till now which has been 2 years. So ur inputs?

Hi People,
I have joined one company and i have not submitted any docs to them. I have only signed a security bond of 1.5 lakhs for 1.6 years or 18 months. What would happen if i resign the job and i am still in my probationary period i.e i am in 5th month of the progress. So what might happen if i resign this job?

Dear all,
HELP ME TOO Plsss..
I need your suggestion regarding the difficulty iam facing at my current organisation . I have been given an appointment letter at the time of joining wherein it was mentioned that i am appointed as an trainee-Asst.MANAGER & my probation would be for 6 months. but i have completed here 9 months as on today, i have not been given any confirmation letter neither yet taken on rolls of the company ! Also , i have signed a bond of 18 months here..but i want to quit from here due to less learnings/exposure/opportunity. Kindly guide me what might happen if i break the bond.
Thats the reason iam looking for a change now but in other good companies i cant show that appointment letter designated as 'trainee'. Here in the company ther's no HR. iam the only one handling the whole department. Kindly provide with valuable suggestion so that i can get rid of this situation.
Regards,
Priyanka Sharma
