Optimizing Salary Software Tools for Efficient Document Downloads

Our company has around 180-200 employees. We used to manage their salary, date of joining, leave entitlement details, medical, and everything related to salary manually (that is on an Excel sheet). We are in the process of searching for salary software which has all features like issuing Form 16 at the end of the year and other related functions at a reasonable cost. Can anyone help me in guiding in this?

The website is www.paysoft.net. You can check their features/demo for your reference. However, it seems they don't have a module for importing data from Excel. Also, you can consider the option of Tax 2269 3321 / 2269 5676, which Rashmi had mentioned. We would have a better idea when we call them for a demo to understand their features and to solve our queries.

Rohini / Rashmi, I think you should get in touch with Paysoft for commission since most people seem to be interested in it. I had called the Paysoft people and gave them your reference. Since I didn't know where you were working, I could not provide more details.

We are using salary software developed in MS Access, which handles data for almost 1000 employees, including their Date of Joining (DOJ), Date of Birth (DOB), and other personal and official information such as PF and ESI numbers of individual employees.

The software is also customized to remind us of upcoming birthdays of staff or workers, allowing us to display birthday wishes for them on the notice board. Additionally, it includes an Attendance System and a Payroll System.

Another key feature is that it is used on Local Networks, providing individual and department attendance data at their respective seats. Employees can also print their salary slip or wages slip directly from their seat.
