Advice On OT

plz be very clear Esi will be deducted on ot payment,ot amount do not attract pf deduction.

'OT ' is a wage under the definition in ESI. Hence ESI contributions are payable. If total
earning execedes 10,000/ including ot, then contribution will be restricted to 10000/ only.
OT is not considered for PF.
