Date: The proposed date for CiteHR UAE MEET 6 Friday, is 04th December 2009

Venue: Dubai. (Exact venue details will be emailed to the registered members.)

Timings: 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm

EVENT guidelines – Formation of AGENDA:

Please be informed. Especially those members who are new and are looking forward to attend this MEET for the first time, as it is noticed many enquiries from new members

The Final Agenda is shaped up 2 to 4 days prior to the event day and is based on active participation and nomination from registered members for these Meets.

All members are requested to participate and voluntarily share their knowledge in terms of short presentations of 20 minutes each on selected topics.

CiteHR UAE Forum Registrations:

The group is formed on an informal level and the sole objective is Knowledge sharing and professional networking. Hence the registration is not very stringent. But same time we all make sure that we have proactive participants.

As an active participant in our regular CiteHR UAE Forum Meets, I request you to nominate yourself for the presentations at the earliest so that a sound agenda can be formalized. The proposed topics for the forthcoming MEET 6 can be chosen from the below-mentioned four areas:

4. Employee Welfare

Hi, I have joined an organization in the HR Department of a RETAIL firm in Dubai. I need your help in designing the HR Policy manual. The strength of the firm is 400 employees. I have to start from scratch as the HR Department is a new concept for the firm.

Also, the organization wants to implement the Grading System for the employees. I have been in HR in the IT Sector, so I don't have much idea of how the Retail sector works. Kindly help. It's urgent.
