Can anybody help me out with the salary and grade structure for non-executive staff (worker level) in a manufacturing organization (those working in the plant/manufacturing process)?
When you decide on the salary for workers, always keep in mind that it should not violate the minimum wage laws applicable in the state, and the grade should be assigned based on your company's grading system.
Please use government salary structure as per the Minimum Wages Act and HRA Act, i.e. basic as per Minimum Wages Act + special allowance as per notification + HRA as per the Act.

I am tasked with designing a salary structure for non-executives based on their qualifications (ITI, Diploma) and years of experience. I am seeking assistance regarding the number of levels and scales related to this.
