Useful and good presentation. It is very useful in the corporate world to know how different gestures will carry the individual's impression around.

I have corrected the grammar and spelling errors in the user's input and ensured proper paragraph formatting with a single line break between paragraphs.

Hi Dear,

I have to submit my assignment on the impact of technological development on the organization and its HR function. Please suggest how to start and what should be included.

Dear Shikha,

Thank you so much for the useful presentation. Working as an interpreter, I often pay attention to the non-verbal behavior of my principals. As the interpreter's role is to convey not only the words but also the mood and attitude, I started analyzing my own body language to avoid giving the wrong impression of what was initially meant. I was glad to find a reflection of some of my guesses and observations in your presentation.

Thanks again for the valuable recommendations. Good luck and keep smiling!
