Dear Peer Mohamed,
Nice presentation. However, regarding the leadership styles contained in the presentation, I have some reservations. For example, the allocation of colors to the leadership styles does not reflect the true nature of leadership styles as per world-renowned leadership authors. Which colored leadership style would fit as situational or transactional leadership, or which colored leadership style would fit as delegative or democratic leadership styles? A person may have to go through all colored leadership styles and think aggressively about which one or more of these styles he actually needs to follow and in which situation.
Anyway, can you please identify the author of these leadership styles for my information.
What I feel is, as per the School Teacher Leader Institute of the University of Southern Mississippi, the leadership styles have been carved out to prepare educators for positions of leadership in the most challenging and competitive educational systems in the US. So, this may not fit the universal application in the corporate world.

You may please like to correct me if I am wrong. This would, of course, help me to update my knowledge about leadership.
