Maybe we can prepare a list of goals (short-term goals for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years) and synchronize them as there will be a bit of overlapping. For both success and goal setting, we should have a timeline set, adding or deducting a few days/weeks depending on the applicability of the same.
