I am doing a project on labor law practices in the IT industry. Can somebody provide me with information on best practices and exemptions related to the following laws in the IT industry:

1) Payment of Gratuity Act
2) Maternity Benefit Act
3) U.P. Shops and Establishments Act
4) Employees' Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act.

Hey, I think that the attachment can be of some use to you. This assignment I did during my MBA days is somewhat related to what you want. To add up, acts like the Maternity Benefit Act, PF Act, and Gratuity Act are also applicable in the IT industry. Additionally, everything related to recruitment is also required to be informed to the Employment Exchange legally, but this is not followed by many of them.
