I am doing a project on labour law practices in IT industry.Can somebody give me some information on best practices and exemptions related to the following laws in IT industry :-
1) Payment of Gratuity Act
2) Maternity Benfit Act
3) U.P. Shops and establishments act
4) Employees Provident Fund & Misc. Provisions Act.
