I'm working in a pvt company,(engaged in animal feeds),as Accounts Executive for 1 year and doing my job well. Now im offered for HR Post(as i'm interested),as i'm into accounts and not know more about HR,,,can u please suggest how to start with this ..?Basic knowledge,statutory registers ,policies ,to be maintained etc..??which would be of great help to me...
There is no HR department here,everything like HR issues/Payslip was handled by one of the director n nowadays he is always travelingand not physically available in office..
I also went through your site...but there are many topics,got confused about which has to be considered...
Can u just brief me about Labour laws,topics related to HR ,Returns to be made in FY with due dates,forms to submitted to Labour Department, ESI,EPF,PT ..etc...
would be thankful if provided with the sample calulations/filled forms/returns etc..
