How the ceiling limit is applied for CPSU Employees who retired or resigned after 1.1.2007, the effective date for the new salary package?
Each CPSU seems to be following their own rule . Any government directive on this ??
Will this IDA Pattern is beneficial to an employee compared to CDA or VDA followed in CPSU ??

Dear Sir,
I took V.R.S. on dated 30.12.2006 and was working in P.S.U. on C D A pay scale and got gratuity of Rs 3.5 lakhs only whereas 6th pay commission recommended the gratuity up to 10 lakhs. please advise that I can get the arrears of my gratuity i.e. rs 6.5 lakhs or not. if yes , how I can get the same.
