My queries are:
Should professional tax be deducted on the bonus amount paid to the employees?
Should professional tax be deducted on advance salary or on due basis when advance salary is adjusted from salary?
My company falls under West bengal Professional tax.

Prof. Tax is not applicable on Bonus Payment
If u are giving Advance Salary then u have to deduct Prof. Tax On it.
