Recently in a Java/J2EE interview at CTS, I had mentioned 6.5 as my expected package. I'm currently getting 3.46 at IBM. I'm a highly skilled J2EE techie, and I possess specialized J2EE tool-based knowledge. The tool is very demanding, and IBM India has only produced 13 resources so far. CTS has ventured to work with the tool, having only 7 resources.
During the HR round, I was asked to justify why they should pay me such a high salary. What would be a perfect reply?
