Deduct the PF & ESIC of the temp staff rule gujarat.
company say you job is permanent but after 6 month deduct only ESIC , you have work 6 month temporary staff & after 6 month deduct your esic
so this is right ya wrong
my salary is 12000 per month
also enquiry company staff he said same staff not deduct a esic & pf for 4000, 9000 salary
so plz send a pf & esic rule temporary & permanent staff.
