Dear,

You have to apply for a factory license before starting any factory. Every state has different authorities to issue the same, like the Chief Inspector of Factories or Deputy Director of Factories.

Fee charges vary from state to state and are decided based on manpower and power usage.

You have to prepare a map of your factory. Along with that, you are required to provide a certificate of stability, MOA, pollution NOC copy to be attached, and fire NOC copy to be attached. Additionally, a challan copy of the duly deposited fee in SBI is needed.
