dear
you have to apply for factory licence before starting any factory.every state has different authorities to issue the same like chief inspector of factories or deupty director of factories issues the same.
fee charges vary from state to state and decided as per manpower and use of power.
you have to prepare a map of your factory,along that you are rteqd certificate opf stablity,MOAAOA,pollution noc copy to attached,fire noc copy to be attached ,chasllan copy of duly deposired fee in SBI.
