Struggling with MIS Reports in Excel for My New Job – Can Anyone Help Me Learn?

I am from Hardware and Networking field. I have got a new job in this time of recession. However, the company has a criterion that I should know how to generate MIS reports in Excel. Kindly help. It is very difficult for me to have this job; otherwise, they will let me go. Please help.
