Hi All, Need info on Employee referral scheme, the approx. slab rates the referral would be availed w.r.t the experience level, additional bonus (if any) and kind of scheme used to get better results.

1. .Net professionals with 3 to 7yrs of experience
2. .Net PM - 8yrs+ of experience
3. J2EE with Websphere/Weblogic on either Banking or Insurance or Media or XSCM domain. Experience of 3yrs and above.
4. QA professionals who have CMMi implementation experience. 3 to 7yrs of experience.
5. Test Leads with 6yrs and above.

As for the Slab rates, we have only two slab rates... One is for Fresher intake and next level is for experienced...
