1. Recruitment in rural areas - places where the urban setup is not present.
2. Hiring the right kind of employees.
3. Having someone to manage the entire recruitment process. Organizations now prefer to outsource the setup of branches to consultants, which is the toughest area for them to recruit in and allow them to work as co-owners to establish the entire branch. :-)
