Soft Copy Of Form No. 12 A (r) - Pf - XLS Download

Hi to all,

I am from an upcoming company, and we have just registered with PF. We are required to submit monthly returns. Could anyone do me the favor of sending a soft copy of Form No. 12A (R) in an editable format so that we can avoid manual filling of the form?
