Can somebody please post the JDs and KRAs for educational institute employees (I am working for an engineering and management college)? The main profiles include Faculty, HODs, Administrators, Dean Academics, and TnP Officers.

Preparation of JDs and KRAs is a challenging task for you to do. So, instead of requesting the CiteHR members to post on the same, just try yourself for your own learning purpose. It involves time and hard work, and how can you expect someone to post the documents so easily, buddy. Try for yourself in consultation with the concerned members of your institute.

I am definitely not trying to run away from the hard work; however, I have no previous experience in this area. Also, I believe every organization has a unique focus/result area, and customization would be required. All I need is some base where I can build in the requirements of my organization.
