Navigating EPF Arrears: How Should I Handle Payments for My Outsourcing Firm?

My outsourcing firm was registered in July 2009 due to another work order (established in Feb 2008) but collected EPF amount from Feb 2008.

Is there any option for payment else?

How can I pay EPF arrears?

Should I pay EPF arrears in full or should I pay except for administration charges?

Please suggest.

Has the PF authorities claimed the amount from you? If so, is it through an order from RPFC, or is it a product of Section 7A proceedings under Section 7A? If you want advice, mail a scanned copy of the letter received from RPFC to me. Mail ID sudipta.chaudhuri@cesc.co.in.

My outsourcing firm is registered in July 2009, but I got a work order to supply 20 skilled computer operators from one society by paying their salaries from Nov 2008, including EPF and ESI contributions. I have paid EPF from July 2009 onwards. How can I pay the EPF amount from Nov 2008 to June 2009? Please assist me.
