Your presentation is good. It is closely related to two common four-stage versions of team building:

1. FORMING-STORMING-NORMING-PERFORMING

and

2. ORIENTATION-DISSATISFACTION-RESOLUTION-PRODUCTION.

The second is by Hersey and Blanchard and is very high on currency.
