I am Rajesh, working for a social organization dedicated to the upliftment of Persons with Disabilities. Our organization provides a Mediclaim facility for the staff.

Family Mediclaim Dilemma

The major question we are facing is that we approached the Management and inquired about family Mediclaim, which is not possible. Instead, they suggested ESI where the Rules and Regulations will not apply. In this scenario, where should we go for the family members' facility? Therefore, please discuss the issue and provide the answers accordingly.

Regards,
Rajesh
