Hi all,
The attached is the latest paper (October 2009) about “The Future of Learning & Development” showing Trends, Topics & Tools to stay ahead of the curve on training perspective.
The paper is based on the views of the leading thinkers collected by “futurethink” in the area of Learning & Development to share perspectives on where things stand today — and where they are going in the future.
The paper brings to the fore:
- How the world’s leading organizations are developing their people and honing employees’ skills? and
- What is the role of the Learning & Development function today and how will that change in the future?
Hope the HR readers will benefit from it in the field of training, learning and development function.
I request them, after going through the paper carefully, to send their views for the help of other HR fellows to indicate how far the paper could help them to cope with the training needs and what more suggestions can be given in addition to the views expressed in the paper to further improve the learning and development processes in the present scenario. Hope, besides getting benfitted from the paper, they would also like to contribute their valuable suggestions on the topic.
