Will anybody let me know the type of performance assessment done in a manufacturing setup which has indeed yielded results!!!!!

To what extent is he 360 degree appraisal effective in a manufacturing setup specially with he shp floor categories ...Any sample format???

M also in the process of designing PMS for workers in a manufacturing company...
PMS should be quite objective & transparent in the eyes of workers & mgt so that anybody who does the scoring during the appraisal time for any worker, will get same scoring.
