Struggling with Gallup's EE Q12 Survey: How Do You Interpret the Engagement Scores?

Hello everyone,

For the past few days, I have been working on EE Q12, but I can't figure out how they segmented the results. I'm unsure of what each score indicates - which score means an employee is engaged, not-engaged, or disengaged. Please help me out.

Kindly ask the question giving enough details. Not all of us may be familiar with what you have in mind. It would be even better if you include an attachment of the data you have collected.

Elaborating on Rosy's post:

Strongly Agree + Agree = Favorable
Neither Agree nor Disagree = Neutral
Disagree + Strongly Disagree = Unfavorable
