Gallup - Employee Engagement Survey

Hello everyone, for few days i am working on EE Q12 but i can't figure out how did they segmented the result; means which score means what; which score indicates employees to be engaged or not-engaged or disengaged? please help me out.

Kindly ask the question giving enough details. All of us may not be conversant with what you have in mind.

(5=Strongly Agree, 4=Agree, 3= Neither Agree nor Disagree, 2=Disagree, 1=Strongly Disagree)

Elaborating on Rosy's post:
Stongly Agree + Agree = Favorable
Neither Agree nor Disagree = Neutral
Disagree + Strongly Disagree = Unfavorable
