I, the undersigned, am a final year MPMIR (Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) student from Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (SNDT University) in Mumbai. Currently, I am working on my final year research project on the 'Study of Fast Track System'. The main objective of this project is to understand the concept of the fast track system and its effectiveness in the career development and retention of high performers. This study aims to gather perceptions on the pros and cons of this system from both management's and employees' perspectives.
