Hi, I am Umamaheswaran working in a BPO as an Executive-HR. My colleague is asking for a 2-month leave for his marriage. Kindly advise me.

Leave is mainly governed by the company's policy in this regard. In practice, if he has sufficient leave to his credit, you can allow leave; otherwise, refuse leave or allow leave without pay.
