Hi I am umamaheswaran working in a BPO as an Executive-HR, My another colleague asking for 2 month leave for his marriage, kindly advice me.

Leave is mainly governed by the company's policy in this regard. In practice, if he has sufficient leave to his credit, you can allow leave, otherwise, refuse leave or allow leave without pay.
