I am pursuing my post-graduation in I/O Psychology and working as an intern at TATA Power. I am currently working on competency mapping as my project and need to conduct a survey for this purpose. I have attached my questionnaire to this post.
Criteria: MBA (HR) with a minimum of 2-3 years (more than 3 years is acceptable) of experience in either recruitment or training department.
