Based on 3rd sheet, 1st sheet will run and then based on 1st sheet with Micro 2ns sheet will give the correct figure of P,Leave, Short Leave and Half day.

What is Pro rata salary would be deducted for such Leave Without Pay within the particular month under the heading of Deduction of Monthly salary.

I would like to inform you that , kindly updated attendance regularised , Half day and Leave in the portal. don’t wait reminder mail from the HR.
From this month on wards reminder mail will not sending from HR we are marking as a LOP ( Loss of Pay).
