As you are all well aware, we HR professionals start our recruitment and selection process with evaluating a candidate's attitude, as it is the most crucial factor in selecting the right person. I'm sharing a PowerPoint presentation on this topic.

Here is a self-analysis 15-point checklist to assess your attitude.

- Do you open yourself up to controversy?
- Do you dare to go against the status quo, the traditional way of working?
- Do you have flexibility in your thinking and actions?
- Do you have a positive mindset?
- Do you consider different views in every situation?
- Do you learn from feedback given to you by others?
- Do you focus on the solution rather than the problem?
- Do you concentrate on the future?
- Do you think on paper?
- Do you respect others' new ideas?
- Do you boldly accept your mistakes?
- Do you learn and improve yourself on a regular basis?
- Do you listen to others openly?
- Do you develop success from failure?
- Do you see every problem as an opportunity?

If the answer to all the above questions is "NO," then we need to change our attitude!
