Need Urgent Help Creating a Questionnaire on Employee Satisfaction with PMS

Hi,

I am doing my dissertation on PMS. I am studying the PMS of an FMCG giant and need to propose a new PMS by identifying the gaps in the existing one and then making my recommendations. Can anyone please help me with a questionnaire that I can use to gather feedback from employees regarding their satisfaction with the current system?

It's really urgent and vital, so please help me out ASAP.

Hi,

First, you have to get self-appraisals from the employees. If you can do that, you will be able to formulate your questionnaire on PMS in a much better way. Employees' self-appraisals should include a generalization of their jobs and how they perceive their present job.
